Jose Luis Acanda Gives Excellent Training In Tae Kwon Do

Having trained a great number of students, Jose Luis Acanda is ranked among the well known and respected tae kwon do experts in the country. With a couple of years of experience, he became familiar with all the moves and kicks used in tae kwon do. He works with integrity and passion to pass down his knowledge of his skills to his students. Joaquin Palacios was his principal trainer in Cuba from whom he learned a number of things, and “Always do the right thing to help people” was one of the best advices among them. Fidel Castro was his childhood hero because that’s what he was taught to believe.

Jose got his education in Cuba and then went to the Cuban Sports Federation, and received training in Olympic-style tae kwon do there. He started his career with a junior high school at  Pinar Del Rio in Cuba and worked whole heartedly and sincerely to establish a strong position in the martial arts industry. He shifted to America in 2004, and in the same year, he joined US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, VA as an instructor. He worked at this college till September 2006.

In Cuba, Jose Luis Acanda worked as a Physical Education Instructor and taught middle school students. From 2005 to April 2007, he worked at Lifetime Fitness in Centreville, VA as a Personal Trainer. In the October of 2007, he came to Mountain Kim as a Tae Kwon Do Instructor. He remained there till May 2009.

Jose Luis Acanda worked at Armani Exchange from September 2013 to March 2014. His designation in this company was that of an Assistant Manager. While in this company, his job was to expedite orders by interacting with retail buyers and customers. He resolved customer complaints, processed and issued money orders, and organized weekly sales reports. Additionally, he helped increasing customer service satisfaction by establishing new processes, and also earned Top Seller award for two quarters in a row. He has also been a friend of a famous UFC fighter Hector Lombard.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano Has Worked For Life Time Fitness

Having trained a large number of students, Jose Luis Acanda Montano is an expert martial arts professional engaged in Tae Kwon Do training.   • Improve fitness: Not only in Tae Kwon Do, fitness is the most important thing for all sports. It is only a fit body with which you can practice for hours and increase your kicking speed.

  • Don't get angry: It is good to calm your mind if your opponent is scoring points against you. With anger, you cannot concentrate on your game efficiently.
    
  • Take protein: It is necessary for the Tae Kwon Do athletes to take protein regularly either in the form of protein shakes or meat, which helps them to tone muscles. Protein is also beneficial in strengthening the body, and it allows athletes to train harder and longer.

  • Sleeping: It is a type of exercise which helps you to relax your mind as well as body from the whole day work. A quality sleep gives your body an extra boost that helps to work for a long time.

  • Instructor: Your Tae Kwon Do instructor should be highly qualified and should have valuable experience in martial arts training.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano is a resident of Cuba and was born in January 1980. In February 2005, he joined Life Time Fitness, a fitness club in VA. At this club, he was a personal trainer and remained in it for more than one year i.e. till April 2007. In October of 2007, he started working in Mountain Kim in VA as a Tae Kwon Do Instructor. His hobbies are playing Paintball, biking, and running. Besides this, he also interests in camping and dancing. Additionally, he has expertise in customer service/telesales and also in high-end merchandise environments.
